Optimity Advisors announces the second in a series of professional workshops, the Digital Asset Management Capability Assessment Workshop
Putting the DAM Maturity Model
to work for your organization
How can we make the most of the capabilities and innovations that DAM makes possible?
Many of us have been managing digital assets for quite a while, though how do we know if we are managing them well and maximizing our DAM ecosystem’s capabilities?
What are the practical steps to realizing more value and capability from our DAM system?
We may be fulfilling our stated requirements and proving our business case; we appear to be successful.
How can we know and demonstrate that our DAM’s many dimensions are fulfilling all that they are capable of?
And how do those capabilities compare to where our organizations need to be?
Optimity Advisors can help answer these questions with our
DAM Capability Assessment Workshop
Based on our work helping develop the DAM Maturity Model*, we further developed the concept into a workshop to serve our clients’ needs to continue optimizing their DAM ecosystems. We will present an orientation to the business value of assessing your DAM capability. This model works well with all asset management ecosystems: Media, Marketing, Brand and Production.
David Lipsey, Partner for Media & Entertainment at Optimity Advisors, one of the founders of the field of DAM and an industry thought leader, will present this complimentary workshop on the framework for assessing all of the parts of the DAM ecosystem: the 15 dimensions of the People, Information, Systems and Processes that make a successful DAM initiative.
As a result of this workshop, you will see how you can turn an assessment into a plan to move to the next level.
Address will be provided when attendace has been confirmed.
*The DAM Maturity Model (DAM-MM) was created in early 2012 by leaders in the DAM field as a way to map an organization’s current state and its goals to realize the full benefits of DAM.
